Jalopy Coming To Xbox One

Developer Minskworks, has confirmed that its road trip simulator, Jalopy is coming to the Xbox One after a successful year on the PC. It will launch to Xbox One users worldwide on September 27th, 2019.

Players of Jalopy are tasked with driving their old and rusty Laika 601 car miles and miles across Eastern Bloc terrain. The real challenge comes from keeping your car well maintained and in a running state as you take the journey. This means keeping an eye on things such as fuel and oil as well as the various mechanical aspects of your car. This game really does make sure you are seeing every aspect of the car for what it is.

Upgrades are also present and a major part of Jalopy. Installing these will help ensure the car will be able to cope on the different types of terrain you’ll come across as you drive your way through Eastern Bloc.

Jalopy will be available to purchase from the Xbox Marketplace on September 27th 2019 and is already available to PC gamers, through Steam here. Check out the Xbox One Announcement Trailer below.

I started Northern Reviewer as a solo experience based on my previous website experience, which was literally none other than writing reviews and doing a few changes here and there behind the scenes. In May 2019, I co-founded the sister site to Northern Reviewer, Northern Gamer, along with Chris Bracewell.
