Regular hosts Greg Miller and Fran Mirabella were joined by the Head of Gearbox Story Group, Randy Varnell to dig into Borderlands 3 narrative (SPOILER FILLED), share their thoughts on the ongoing Bloody Harvest event, take a first look at the upcoming free content ”Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite”, and reveal a SHiFT code for the final event that closes out the marvelous month of Borderlands Anniversary celebrations we’ve had.

For the fifth and final week of the celebration, every Borderlands 3 player can claim four creepy Vault Hunter heads, one for each of the Vault Hunters. Claiming these heads is as simple as using the code below on the Borderlands website, the Gearbox SHiFT website, and the in-game social menu in Borderlands 3. You’d best be quick though as the code expires on November 5th at 20.00 pm GMT.

As well as the aforementioned code viewers were also treated to the very first footage of the upcoming free content known as Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite as well as a load of additional information on what to expect. Like season events such as Bloody Harvest, Takedown’s are free but unlike seasonal events, they are permanent additions designed with co-op play in mind for players at level 50.

In Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite, players are asked by Lorelai to perform a pre-emptive strike on one of Maliwan’s most secure facilities. Whilst Maliwan’s large army may seem daunting it’s important to remember that you’re a Vault Hunter and you got this, so get out there and kick some ass.
