Spellsword Cards: DungeonTop Is Out Today On Steam

Indie Studio, One Up Plus Entertainment has today released Spellsword Cards: DungeonTop on Steam worldwide as part of the Early Access Program for PC gamers to sink their teeth into.

A rogue-like deck-building game, Spellsword Cards: DungeonTop has players taking part in table-top battles in which they can employ clever board tactics in order to gain an advantage over enemies.

Progression in the game can be achieved by grabbing gold or by simply defeating more creatures. Shops will allow you to upgrade your cards to create a more powerful deck.

“We wanted to make a chess-like game but without all the boring bits”, says Maggie Xu, founder at One Up Plus Entertainment. “Scanning all the angles and moves can make you feel like a grandmaster!”


  • Roguelike permadeath deck-builder played in runs of 90 minutes (full length)
  • 2 classes x 2 allegiances = 4 decks
  • 300+ player cards
  • 50+ encounters in a procedurally generated dungeon
  • 5 boards representing different areas ranging from 4×4 to 10×4 tiles
