Sony has revealed the long-awaited sequel to the hit PS3/PS4 game, The Last Us, The Last Of Us Part II will be launching globally for PlayStation 4 on February 21st, 2020. In order to celebrate this news, Sony has also announced that the first game will be available as part of October’s PS Plus lineup.
Alongside this release date announcement, Sony also dropped a new trailer for The Last Of Us Part II. In the trailer, we get to see some enemies, some friends, and even Joel, of whom until now we haven’t seen in any official trailers for the game, leading to speculations about his whereabouts.
Judging by the trailer, it’s safe to say this game is most likely going to be just as good or even better than the first installment, which itself blew people away when it first released for PS3 back in 2013 and the continued to do so when its remastered PS4 version released in 2014.
